Inovio Biomedical Corp (INO) is up 181% in the pre-market today on news that they have a vaccine for swine flu that is effective in animal testing.
Additionally, Cell Theraputics (CTIC) is up more than 6% in the pre-market on news that their drug Pixantrone (which is designed to help with Chemotherapy treatments) is eligible for the next step in the approval process in Europe.
