Please note that this is not a recommended buy list, I am merely reporting that there has been some interesting activity in these stocks. NCOC National Coal
PCX Patriot Coal
IVAN Ivanhoe Energy
Several notes on these stocks:
1) Many of them are small caps that cannot be traded by institutions because of their low price.
2) Several of them are involved with coal, which the current administration has vowed to "crush"
Be careful here, but do take a look at these stocks.
